ArthNiti EduFin exists to answer one question, that no placement cell, no textbook, and no LinkedIn influencer has answered honestly: what does a real career in wealth management actually look like — and how do you build one that lasts?
Every year, thousands of bright MBA students graduate from good colleges with strong analytical skills, sharp resumes, and a genuine hunger to build meaningful careers in finance. And every year, most of them end up choosing consulting, corporate banking, or generic finance roles — not because those are better, but because nobody has honestly explained the wealth management career path, that is exploding in our country!.
Nobody told them what a Relationship Manager at a private bank actually does at 10 AM on a Tuesday. Nobody explained why a portfolio counsellor makes more than a fund analyst by year five. Nobody walked them through the difference between distribution, advisory, PMS, AIF, and family office roles — or which one fits their personality.
There is no shortage of finance content. There is a severe shortage of career clarity.
That gap is not accidental. It exists because wealth management, unlike consulting or investment banking, has never had a structured recruitment pipeline into MBA campuses. There's no equivalent of the "Big 4" recruiting calendar. There's no case study prep book. There's no senior in the placement WhatsApp group who's already done the job and can tell you what to expect.
ArthNiti EduFin was built to be that senior — at scale, with structure, and without the ego.
Roshan spent close to 15 years inside the machine most people have only read about. Not as a commentator, not as a consultant — as an operator who built and led the teams across the biggest names in Indian asset and wealth management segment.
He started at ICICI in an era when mutual funds were still explaining themselves to Indian households. He moved through Aditya Birla Sun Life, Tata Mutual Fund, SBI Mutual Fund, and IndusInd Bank — watching each firm evolve, sitting through the 2008 crash, the 2013 taper tantrum, the demonetisation year, the COVID crash, and the retail SIP revolution that followed. Later, at Modern India Ltd, he moved from consulting wealth products to managing the corporate treasury investments for a conglomerate.
Across those years he did every role that the industry can offer: front-line sales, team building, product strategy, distribution management, fund research, Investment Couselling and eventually fund management itself. He hired hundreds of MBA freshers, watched some thrive and many drift, and slowly built strong opinions about why the good ones make it — and why the smart ones sometimes don't.
ArthNiti EduFin is the answer he wishes someone had handed him when he was twenty-two. It's not a course he's teaching from a textbook. It's the playbook he's already written — in the field, in real markets, on real portfolios, with real clients whose life savings were in his hands.
Start with the free masterclass. No commitment, no hard sell. Just a first honest look at the career you may not have known was waiting.
